By using 3in30 or purchasing the Interview Sprint, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. They include important information about the guarantee, refunds, and limits on liability.

1. The service

3in30 provides an AI-powered job search service for qualified U.S. job seekers. The launch service is the "Interview Sprint": a 30-day, $300, one-time engagement designed to help you reach 3 qualifying screening interviews.

We are a service company, not a placement agency, employer, or recruiter representing any specific employer. We do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes beyond the guarantee described in our Guarantee Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information.
Respond promptly to requests for information during your sprint.
Keep your job target stable through the 30-day window.
Make yourself available for interviews during the sprint.
Approve material details we use in your applications.

4. Our responsibilities

Use AI-powered tools and workflows responsibly to support your search.
Not invent or misrepresent your background.
Send periodic updates and prompt notifications about interview opportunities.
Honor the refund guarantee on the terms stated.

5. Payment, refunds, and guarantee

All payments are processed by Stripe. The Interview Sprint is a one-time $300 payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Guarantee Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting false information, harassing our team, or attempting to circumvent the eligibility process. We may decline service or refund and end your sprint if these terms are violated.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee employment, salary, or specific interview outcomes beyond what is described in the Guarantee Policy. We do not control third-party employers or job platforms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3in30's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and, where appropriate, notice by email.
