Refund Policy

1. Guarantee-related refunds
If you complete the 3in30 Interview Sprint, meet all conditions of the guarantee, and do not receive 3 qualifying screening interview opportunities within 30 days, your $300 fee will be refunded. See our Guarantee Policy for the full terms.
2. Pre-sprint eligibility refunds
If we determine after intake that we cannot fairly support your job search (for example, because the target role falls outside our supported categories), we will refund the $300 fee in full.
3. Cancellations after sprint start
The sprint is a 30-day fixed-length service. If you ask us to stop early, we cannot guarantee a refund, because the guarantee depends on completing the full 30-day period. Edge cases (e.g., extended illness) will be reviewed in good faith.
4. Disputes and contact

5. What is not refundable
Original payment processor fees (charged by Stripe) are not refunded by the processor and therefore are not part of the refund.
