Guarantee Policy

The promise
If you are accepted into the 3in30 Interview Sprint and do not receive 3 qualifying screening interview opportunities within 30 days of your sprint start date, the $300 fee paid to 3in30 will be refunded according to the terms below.
What counts as a screening interview
A qualifying screening interview is any of the following:
- Recruiter screen
- HR screen
- Hiring manager screen
- First-round interview
- Phone screen
- Video screen
- Scheduled live employer conversation about a relevant role
What does not count
- Generic job alerts
- Automated rejection emails
- Spam recruiter messages
- Unrelated job opportunities
- Automated assessments without an employer conversation
- Outreach for roles outside your stated target
When the 30-day period starts
The 30-day period starts after your intake is complete and 3in30 has the information needed to begin your sprint. If we need additional information from you, the start may be delayed until that information is provided.
Conditions
The guarantee applies only when all of the following are true:
- You provided complete and accurate information during eligibility and intake.
- Your job target is realistic and consistent throughout the sprint.
- You are legally able to work for the roles being pursued.
- You are available for interviews during the 30-day period.
- You respond to required questions within 24 hours.
- You do not change your target role significantly after the sprint begins.
- You do not ask 3in30 to pause or stop the sprint before day 30.
Refund process
If your sprint completes without 3 qualifying screening interviews and you have met the conditions above, your $300 fee will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Original payment processor fees are not returned.
What 3in30 does not guarantee
3in30 does not guarantee a job offer, employment, salary, total compensation, or final hiring decision of any kind. We focus on screening interview opportunities only.
Disputes
If you believe your sprint should qualify for a refund and there is a disagreement about the count of screening interviews, contact support@3in30.ai with the relevant details. We will review and respond in good faith.
